RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Return and Exchange Policy

  • Timeframe: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the date you receive your order.
  • Eligibility: Items must meet the following conditions to qualify for a return or exchange:
    • Unworn and unwashed: The item must be in its original condition with no signs of wear or use.
    • Full-priced items only: We only accept returns or exchanges on full-priced items. Sale items, clearance products, and promotional items are not eligible for return.
    • Hygiene strip intact: For hygiene reasons, the hygiene strip on certain items must remain attached.

Return Process

  1. Submit a Return Request: To initiate a return, please email us within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and reason for return in your message.

  2. Return Authorisation: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the return instructions and address. 

  3. Shipping the Return: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your returned item reaches us safely. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

  4. Processing Your Return or Exchange: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return conditions. We will then process your return or exchange:

    • Refund: If eligible, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
    • Store Credit: If you prefer, we can issue a store credit for the returned amount.
    • Exchange: If you want to exchange your item for a different size or colour, we will send out the new item after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Important Notes

  • Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Sale and Clearance Items: All sales on discounted or clearance items are final, and these items cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately, and we will provide instructions for a replacement or refund.
